This project challenges the stereotypical approach of a cookery book, where the didactic overbears human feelings, confining what is an “act of passion” in to a cold, repeatable action.
Everywhere in the world, elders use to say “it should be done for someone you love”. Love is the first ingredient and if missing – no matter how sharp the indications are – you will never get to the point.
For this reason, the choice of a different narrative is a must to highlight the unique approach and the great passion of one of the most ancient cultures in the world.
